		This new, three bedroom semi detached is centrally located in a small development of 9 units with large communal swimming pool. The property was completed in 2004 and is stylishly furnished with superb interior décor throughout. This spacious property is complemented by Italian ceramic tiling and marble stairs. The lounge has a TV with video, DVD player and a CD/Stereo.
Peyia is a beautiful pretty little village overlooking Coral Bay and within ten minutes of Paphos town and the famous harbour. Peyia has many tavernas and restaurants serving traditional Greek food. There are a number of local shops, supermarkets and banks within walking distance.
	There are many places of interest around Paphos including the Troodos mountains, together with its pine scented forests. The legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Greek Goddess of love and beauty, Cyprus is one of the world’s most stunning holiday destinations. It has many beautiful beaches, historic sites and the local residents are very friendly
		The terrace overlooks the large communal swimming pool with sunbathing terraces available to the nine properties within the complex. There is full air conditioning throughout the house and the master double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen gives access to a privately terraced back garden which, together with the front paved patio, is suitable for sunbathing.
The upstairs comprises two twin rooms and an en-suite master bedroom. It has patio door to a balcony where you can sit and enjoy a drink whilst perusing the surrounding area. The villa enjoys views of the sea at Coral Bay from the front and Peyia and its surrounding hills to the rear. It has has two floors and incorporates two bathrooms. The dining area has an oval polished table with six high-backed chairs.
		The kitchen is fully equipped and houses an oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. It includes cooking utensils and saucepans together with cutlery and crockery for six. Hand and bath towels are provided and there is use of a hairdryer and accessories. The pool/sun terrace lies within a private secure area. We recommend that you hire a car, though this is not essential. We are happy to arrange this, and it is relatively inexpensive. If you wish, we can even arrange for a rental car to be available for pick up and drop off at the airport.
